Knowing problem

Just want to say I have a problem with Knowing using Win7 on a I7 processor. I made an iso at which time Anydvdhd let me know it required a critical update to enable the procedure. I installed the update and made the iso. When I mount the iso in the virtual drive and play it using Powerdvd Ultra (newest version) it plays but it only has stereo sound. A note saying "audio stream in playback is under protection" comes up from the taskbar. It shows me it is using 2 channel sound along with the sample rate and bit resolution. Have not had a problem with other blu rays so far. May be a Win7 problem but I thought I would mention it as like I said I have not had an issue with other discs.
