Help! AnyDVD HD is useless on my newest blu-ray discs
I just tried two of my latest blu-ray discs "Street Fighter" and "12 Rounds". Both cause AnyDVD HD to produce errors in decryption. This happened on my AnyDVD-HD version from May; and, when I decided to upgrade to the latest beta version 6.5.6.4, it still does the same thing after a reboot. This happens on both of my unlike Blu-ray ROMs.

If you took the time to look around you'd notice this stickied thread in the AnyDVD HD forum: Discs that do not work with Anydvd HD 6.5.6.4 beta.
It lists the known problematic discs with links to the existing discussion threads or the logs posted in the * Official BD+ Log Only Thread * thread. Both your discs are listed. If you do a forum search limited to the AnyDVD HD forum you will also find existing discussions on 12 Rounds and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li.

Another thing to keep in mind about some of these new problematic discs is that it's not only AnyDVD HD that might be having problems.
The only standalone Blu-Ray player that I am aware of that can play 12 Rounds is the PS3 with the latest v2.80 firmware. My Oppo BDP-83 won't play it. The only software players that will play it are the latest versions of PowerDVD8 and PowerDVD9. I don't believe that the latest Arcsoft update can but I suppose it is possible. Corel most definitely can not play the BD. I have no idea about the other discs playing on a standalone player but my real point here is that even companies who produce software players and companies who manufacture and sell standalone Blu-Ray players are having issues and they are in a better position to get information to make their product work with the newer releases than Slysoft is. All that is required is some patience.

The more discs that won't play in standalones on release, the better, as far as I am concerned: it wouldn't be long before the public backlash forced the studios to change approach.
I'm also concerned at the lack of care in transferring many catalogue titles transparently to the theatrical presentations: it's like the studios think any old rubbish is good enough for the consumer. I almost believe they want Bluray to fail, now their much vaunted DRM has been cracked and is becoming a millstone around their necks, so they can introduce the next better-protected format.
