ClownBD: Output file too short

Hi,

I started using ClownBD yesterday, and it worked flawlessly except for two issues:

1. tsmuxer is not started automatically after eac3to has finished, so I have to start it manually. This is not really a problem, though.

2. When opening the resulting m2ts with Handbrake for re-encoding, the length is displayed as 1:24:05. The original playlist has a length of 1:26:10 (it consists of two m2ts files):

- Chapters, 32 chapters
- h264/AVC, 1080p24 /1.001 (16:9)
- h264/AVC, 480p24 /1.001 (16:9)

- DTS, Spanish, multi-channel, 48khz
- DTS, Spanish, multi-channel, 48khz
- AC3, Portuguese, multi-channel, 48khz
- AC3, Chinese, multi-channel, 48khz
- AC3, English, stereo, 48khz
- DTS Express, English, mono, 48khz

There are actually four playlists with exactly the same length, with two pairs sharing the same m2ts files.

I am a bit confused: Where are the missing minutes?
