Default AI Remaster

I was wondering if someone could explain how the AI Remaster feature will work- will it pull from a central library of disk profiles, or will it indivually look at each disk?

Or maybe I am misunderstanding the feature...

James mentioned it in te 6.6.20 beta thread and I wondered what it was. I did a search and found some people talking about the concept.

First of all it is called AI scanner not AI remaster.

AI Scanner is used when DVD disc contain structure copy protection. Basically it give ability to anydvd to deal with copy protection structure on disc.

It was implemented in anydvd long ago maybe more than year back. Though I can't remember exactly when.

I don't think that is what James was referring too. I think he means something about being able to decide what gets removed during copying, as in removing menus, warnings, etc. I think this is something new.
