Question.... Why does AnyDVD call out to...64.18.25.38, "Baltimore Technologies", while being used or installing?

That would trigger me to do some house cleaning on my computer such as:
1. At least two good registry cleaners. 2. Remove temp and internet temp files 3. Clean-up the hard drive for no longer used folders and files 4. Remove outdated prefetch files 5. No un-neceaaary start-up items 6. Use CC Cleaner and Hijack This latest versions freeware 7. Verify your anti-virus and malware are up to date 8. Clean install and clean remove ALL SOFTWARE programs when possible 9. Use regedit and reboot more often 10. Do a scan for any virus or malware on your computer 11. Defrag more often 12. Remove outdated or no longer used cookies 13. Set all options on your computer for performance and not looks.
