Some laptops, such as the toshiba e205 and the Dell studio 15z, are coming with Intel Wireless Display technology built in, which allows you to stream video directly to your tv via a small netgear adapter. Sounds awesome, right? The problem is that copyrighted material is specifically blocked, such as DVDs and Blu-rays. Can anyone confirm that anydvd will allow you to circumvent this protection and stream these formats? I'm assuming it would, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried it.

As long as it allows you to play non copyright Blu-ray and DVD then AnyDVD HD will work fine as it removes all that. If it blocks DVD's and Blu-rays completely then no AnyDVD HD will not be of any help.

Thanks adbear. Hopefully it is the case that only DRM'd material is restricted rather than there being a blanket ban on all DVDs and blu-rays. I've looked everywhere, and I can't seem to find whether non-DRM'd DVDs or blu-rays play through this tech. I'll do some more investigating and report back.
