Red face Clonedvd problem on my new Windows 7 64 bit system

I just got my brand new windows 7 64 bit system and from day one clonedvd is giving me problems i have never had before.

Problem 1. I have 2 burners in my tower and neither one will eject when the please eject window comes up to insert a blank disc, and i have chosen both drive in clone and neither one will work.

Problem 2. After the dvd is done burning the window will pop up and say the dvd has successfully completed and the burning is done but the problem is that i cannot eject anything from either drive and when i try to close clonedvd it crashes and i have to re start my pc just to get the discs out.

I have been using clonedvd & anydvd for years and never had a problem until i went to windows 7 ( My pc is a dell just in case that matters ) with a intel core i5 and 6GB of ram .

CloneDVD works just fine with Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit). If you click My Computer and right-click on either drive and select "Eject", does the drive open? Try it with and without CloneDVD running.

Also check in Device Manager and look at IDE ATA/SATA controllers. Is it using a Standard or a Dell controller?

What version of Clonedvd and Anydvd are you using? Also what x64 version package do you have? And how updated is your O/S? What type of drive and media are you using? It sounds like your using poor quality media for burns. Also since you didn't tell us the computer make and model it makes it hard to give help? When you say you have to use the gui eject does the drive by itself eject if you push the eject button??
