I have been using AnyDVD for years, but I would like to be able to start using Blue Rays discs. How do I go about switching to AnyDVD HD so that I can do make copies of Blue Ray discs?

You just pay for the AnyDVD HD upgrade, once you have the new license key then that should be all you need. The Program is exactly the same it's just the license key that makes the HD side work

Visit https://secure.slysoft.com/upgrade.php, enter your serial number (you'll find it in your AnyDVD window, click Information on the left side, then read your serial on the right side) and the email addres you used when you purchased AnyDVD.
If you purchased AnyDVD before 2009, you have a lifetime license, so your only option for AnyDVD HD is lifetime as well and thus, the upgrade will cost you 48.00 EUR according to the pricelist. Note that there is no discount for upgrades, i.e. the current 20% sale will not be valid here. As Adbear said, you can continue using the same installation of AnyDVD, it's just the license key that will be changed to enable the HD functionality.
