Default Need Program to trim m2ts files

Could someone recommend a program that I can use to cut and remove commercials from m2ts or TS files created using my Hauppauge HD PVR. I tried H264TS Cutter a few times but still shows parts of the file that I removed. Sony Vegas 9.0 freezes up most of the time when editing m2ts files. Pinnacle studio 14 cuts and removes the unwanted commercials perfectly without any indication that the m2ts file was even edited, but it can only inputs 5.1 channel as 2 channel stereo. It will down mix the 2 channels to simulated surround, but it really sounds inferior to the original 5.1 audio mix. I sure there are other forum members using this same HD PVR and probably found a solution to removing commercials flawlessly without affecting audio. Thanks in advance, Nova935

Thanks for the recomendation Mike. I gave it a shot but have a little trouble loading & cutting files. I just downloaded TSPE Transport Stream Packet Editor Professional and it worked flawlessly. I could not detect where the files were trimmed and it kept the 5.1 dolby digital audio intact. I will be purchasing this program after the 30 day evaluation period is over. I would highly recommend this program for editing/trimming M2ts or TS files based on what Ive seen so far.

I just use MultiAVCHD. It works effectively and it's free (outside of donations)
