Default Iron Man 2 Issue

I'm not sure if this has been answered, but I thought maybe someone here could answer this for me. I'm using AnyDVD HD to rip the US version of Iron Man 2 Blu-ray to my pc. When I ripped the movie, it spilt up the movie into multiple m2ts files when it comes to the main movie. Now I'm not sure if this pertains to just Iron Man 2, but it seems that the Disney Branded Blu-Rays do this as well. Other Blu_rays even Iron man 1 came in 1 m2ts file for the main movie. Is there a reason this is ahappening? Is there a way to have the movie as one file? Or do I need to combine the file somehow?

Thanks In Advance

The movie uses 'seamless branching' and is exactly as it is in the original disc. If you want just a single file 'movie only' copy with no menu's then you can run it through Clown BD, But if you want it with menu's etc then you have to leave it as it is

My problem with Iron man 2 is that the image Anydvdhd plays perfectly but the image that clownBD creates from it turns on the HUD in some places during the movie like the opening scene where he is flying in to kick off the year long Stark Expo the HUD pops up showing him the ground conditions but in the rip from Anydvdhd it does not.
