Question Toy Story 3 Bluray Video (not audio) Language problem

I'm having some trouble with my Toy Story 3 Bluray. If I play the original disk on my PC or PS3, everything is fine: vid language/audio is in English, but when I rip it to .iso or to hdd, the language in the movie has changed from English to French (the audio file is still in English). I've attached the log file from AnyDVDHD. I've also tried using multiAVCHD 4.1 to reauthor the movie into m2ts format, but I'm still getting the same problem. Is there any workaround for this? I've looked at the disk/packaging and think the country of origin is Canada, but am unsure (the disk itself doesn't say the country of origin, but the package back cover has Canadian Home Video Rating on it). I'm trying to save it to my MVix Ultio Pro V3.14, but don't want to until I've goten rid of all the bugs. Thanks for any and all assistance.

You need to read through the stickies as this has already been covered years ago. Especially Number 3 in the 'Read Before you post' section

Thanks... I guess I should have done more research prior to posting my question. I'll use your guide and see what happens.

Luis, what did you find out? I looked through the Readme and can't find anything. Adbear, I think you pointed Luis (and myself in turn) in the wrong direction. our AUDIO is fine.. the problem is, text printed on the screen, like the Toy Story logo, subtitles when Buzz talks in spanish, etc. are all in French.

Guide didn't work, used ClownBD instead and made an M2TS file out of the iso... no menus or anything fancy, just the main movie (in English), sound files & subtitles. Hope that helps.

Are you playing it back as the full disc structure or just as a file? AnyDVD HD doesn't alter the stream structure which would imply that the playback software is trying to play back the wrong forced subtitle stream

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm actually using Ripbot to create MKV files from it. Generally I just browse to the Stream folder and select the largest file, but that's when I end up with the french video.

I saved it originally as a full disk structure (ripped the image directly from AnyDVD HD), but since the Ultio Pro plays the files automatically (no support yet for menus in BluRay iso's in the newest firmware update, only for DVD's), I wasn't able to access the menus anyway. Because of that, I opted to create a stripped down M2TS file using Clown BD which works just fine on the Ultio Pro (kept the original movie format/audio in English, got rid of extra languages and subs).

I just used ClownBD and selected the English language files... I can't remember specifically if I used anything else besides that. If I do remember, I'll post the info later.
