Default backup software DVD-rom protected by Truscont

Dear All, please help.

I have a dvd-rom that I would like to backup. It is protected with Truscont. I can make an image / copy of it using clonecd. Unfortunately when trying to load the backup program won't work. I can access the directories but can not load the main program. Is there anyway round this?

Thanks in advance

Default TrusCont disc

I have a similar problem with my Truscont disc. It it titled BSCS - basic and clinical science course, published by the AAO. I purchased a copy and want to back it up.

Here are the unhidden DVD contents

Images Folder (program content)

aaobcsc1011 - file with no ext

AdobeAIRInstaller.exe

autorun.inf Contents:
[autorun]
open=RunMe.exe
[CopyProtection]
Splash=default
UserAutorun=InstallBCSC.exe

BCSC.air

InstallBCSC.exe

RunMe.exe

Thanks for any help you can provide
