Encoder Error Help

When trying to copy a CD ROM DVD this error came up. Can someone please help me understand it? I need to make an MP4 copy of the video.

You're best bet is to contact SlySoft directly.

When you recieve the error, you need to do this:

Supply the content of the Log tab - right click within the information window>save as. Name it Log and save to desktop.

Then, Save transcoder log. Name it Transcoder Log and save to desktop again.

Send SlySoft an e-mail outlining the problem. Attach both of the text files.
