Convert to mkv

I have dvd's that I ripped to my hard drive using anydvd. Is it possible using clonedvd mobile to convert them to mkv for playing on a Samsung plasma tv?

I've used Blu-ray to MKV. It is pretty straight forward. I used it twice and the converted files are good.

Note: that the trial leaves a watermark on the video.
