Default Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (remake) wont copy

Tech Support Team,

The new remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory won't copy when using MyMovies. I tried to rip the disk to the hard drive and got an error code.

Attached is the log file.

Just so you know for future reference this is a user forum, so tech support may not necessarily get back to you straight away as it depends on when or if they happen to read the thread.

It would be handy if you posted the error code, and also if you tried ripping using something else like Imgburn to see if you get the same problem

The new remake is not so new as it was released in 2005 and if I remember correctly DVD Shrink had no problem with this movie or was it a combination of AnyDVD and DVD Shrink. Been 6 years so not remember which process I used but did you happen to check the DVD for scratches or fingerprint smudges.

This is a user forum.... not tech support.
Try using the built in AnyDVD ripper to rip to FOLDER (not ISO) then import that rip into whatever program you wish.
