I do having a problem with this one. First time the video started doing weird stuff like the file was messed up. So I rebooted my laptop ASUS gw73jw.3de and then when I try to playing after getting the disk menu it seem okay until I selected play then the sound when out. Then the power dvd 11 program lock up. Even the eternal monitor lock up while the pc was off, this has never happen before.
They must have some new protected running. I haven’t even rip to hard drive yet just running form the blu-ray disk.. I have hundreds of movies and this is the first time it’s happen. |

I think, people are starting to develop some sort of protection paranoia. While, yes, I agree, you are describing some odd things there, I can assure you, that they are definitely not protection-related. PowerDVD locking up is no shocker, especially version 11. Monitors locking up -not really sure, what that means, but I doubt very much, an application could even cause that if it wanted to. If that were really the disc/some protection, it would be very strange if it only hit you and not the hundreds of others here who can watch the disc just fine.

I recheck my system and found all my blu ray videos where having the same problem, to be a corrupted audio driver. Coming from the NVidia 460 Video card inside the Asus laptop which the driver is for the external Toshiba 42x515 Monitor that was my issue. Everything is back to the normal and no problems with my system. I have no problems in the past of backing up blu Rays for years to my 8 TB raid system, but this was a surprise to me that it happen. like the grilfriend allways say things happen

I still receive the no replacement found error after cleaning the cache. The online protection database is active and it still states that the BD + may not have been removed, look for scrambled video frames

I just tried to backup my Contagion Blu-ray disc with the latest AnyDVD beta 6.9.1.6 and received the same warning message as previously described. I then ripped this disc to my hard drive, then used Imgburn to make an ISO. I then mounted the ISO with Virtual Clone Drive and viewed the movie with Corel WinDVD 10. The movie video was still not viewable - scrambled. Please issue a new version of AnyDVD that will properly handle this new BD+ protection.

If the current version of AnyDVD doesn't remove the protection, then you definitely don't have the same "variant" of Contagion, as the others do.
