How to use anydvdhd with virtual iso from magic disk?

I cant run anydvdhd when a bluray iso is on my virtual drive? Is this possible? Is there an option to select it from anydvdhd settings? I want to create an m2ts from avatar 3d full bluray iso but it says its protected. Can i run anydvdhd to overpass it?

Is AnyDVD active for your virtual drive? If not, you should be able to activate it as shown on the attached screenshot.

I believe "magic disk" is a different virtual-drive program. Try Virtual CloneDrive (free from the main SlySoft site); since it's based on the same drivers as AnyDVD HD *and* creates a virtual drive at hardware level (unlike many other virtual drives), it works very well with AnyDVD HD.
