Error processing Bluray-Disc

Hello,

today I've bought AnyDVD HD with a lifetime license and wanted to start ripping my first BD.
It's a german one called "Erinnerungen an meine traurigen Huren", but it doesn't work.
I always get the error, that i should contact SlySoft, because my license isn't valid.
With another BD it works perfectly (The Bunny Game).

Would be awesome, if I could get some help from you.

More or less the same error yes, but with one difference.
At me just the one stated above doesn't work. The Bunny Game does ..

And as peer stated, it should not take somewhat longer than 10 minutes.

Maybe MKB 32 is the issue, i dont know

That's possibly because AnyDVD HD doesn't need to access the server to decrypt 'The Bunny game'

Well, i tried another one: hack//Quantum. This one works fine also.

As i read in the other thread (which is linked in the second post), maybe it could happen if I share my license key .. well, I bought it and the problem was there. Not even 2 minutes to spread it around, this option is impossible i think

As Adbear said previously, it is possible AnyDVD (HD) didn't need to access the servers for the Quantum title either.

OR maybe your license is now propagated across the servers.

If after a couple of hours AnydVD still can't properly decrypt the title you had problems with, consider contacting Slysoft Support directly. This is a User to User forum and the developers don't "camp out here" and obsessively read the posts here for problems/questions. Contacting support will get faster service if there is still a problem.

No, your license is not blacklisted of course, but it seems that our servers didn't know it at the time of your request.
I just checked, at least now your license is listed correctly, can you please try again?
If it still doesn't work, please contact support.
