Check it out from SteveV2.
http://www.arcsoft.com/forum/forum_p...0935&PID=49687 Maybe later I'll see if I can get Steve to post a log file of his Total Recall disc. Last edited by Jeff R 1; 31st December 2012 at 19:17. |

Why would you need to get him to post a logfile? The audio gaps is a known issue with this film and has nothing to do with Cinavia, and if he was running AnyDVD HD in the background when playing the disc then that will trigger the Cinavia message

My thinking was that a log file would show weather or not Steve had an actual retail disc or a copy of one, and if a copy; AnyDVD HD would show that even if it that alleged copy was created by another decrypter program. Steve never did say where he got the disc from _ I was thinking he may have bought one from a less then honest seller from e-bay. I was trying to get to the bottom of what was going on here until RBBritain stated the obvious and that was that Steve had AnyDVD running while playing the disc. My copy of this disc has no audio issues, so from what you say it looks like Steve's disc is defective. Maybe you want to post over at Arc Soft and let Steve know, or I can do it if you like. |

Yes, that was me.
Reading between the lines, I figured there was a good chance his issue was AnyDVD HD running on the original disc; I posted it there because I doubted he'd look here. Those of us who've been thru the Cinavia threads ad nauseam over the years knew this would happen once Cinavia made it to licensed software players long before it actually happened (not to mention Screen Pass does much the same thing if not removed).Of course, I certainly won't tell anyone on ArcSoft's site not to use TMT5; if it had been here I would have said to switch to an unlicensed player.
