No reply or keys after a purchase?
There is nothing more frustrating for us than to have a customer come to us, place an order and either write the e-mail address incorrectly or, worse yet, set the mail account filter to block mails with attachments/images and/or mails from slysoft.com.
We even had an occasion of a customer who ordered four times thinking his order did not go through. To stop this we had to block his card and leave a voice mail on his phone and fax him on top to get him to "let us in".
So please help us help you when you order:
- Double check that the e-mail address you entered for the order is correct. Often a ".net" user enters ".com" or the other way around.
- You will need to ensure your provider is allowing attachments on e-mails.
- Double check that slysoft.com is on your whitelist and be prepared to receive your invoice and license keys from email@example.com.
Note: Effective March 12 the order system will check the validity of the e-mail address on top of underlining an invalid address with red or yellow bars. The intent here is to reduce the number of "dead" orders and ISP errors like "yhaoo.com", etc.
After all, you want our products and we want your business. But we have to be able to find you.
