Default LG WH10LS30K BD burner & ridata BD-R opinions?

    does anyone use this burner?
I cant find much about it via google
what media seems to work best with this LG drive?
all i can find is a few that have had success with ridata

also I'm not sure if this works with the LTH discs

for media i was considering the inkjet printable ridata 25 pack 25GB BD-R for $39 shipped from newegg
    BDR-254-RDIWN-CB25

Im currently running windows 7 64
Id mostly be using this to rip to ISO, though i would like to be able to burn BD-9 DL DVDs as well as BD-R

so far Ive used clownBD with my BD rom to rip to ISO, but it no longer reads discs.
Ive tried looking for updated firmware and drivers with no luck so i thought i would try the LG WH10LS30K on newegg

I've written hundreds of discs on these drives using Piidata discs with no issues, just make sure that you only burn at the rated speed of the discs and not the speed the drive wants to use and you should be fine.
I've used the Verbatim LTH discs and found them to have higher failure rates than the PiiData's and they're more expensive too
