I have just had to re-install my system, and the AnyDVD-HD Key no longer functions.

Purchase date : 7/04/2007 at 10:06 and was supposed to be a key for life. In the past I have never had any problems, but since the update to version, it no longer functions, just giving me a reminder that I have 17 days of usage left. I have tried using the key that was emailed to me on the above date but it no longer want's to work, as it is/was a key for life could you please send me a key that will work.

Header on the email subject line was : SlySoft - License Key(s) (Ref# 115xxxxx)

Edit by Frank: Do NOT publicize any of your internal license data!!!!

did you copy the key file to your desktop and then double click on it?

Also you shouldn't have posted a link to your keyfile as you've now let anyone who wants it the ability to download it

yes, I un-installed the application twice, and cleared all remnants out of the registry, and still no luck.

You need to remove that link as it's your live key and it does work

    NEVER publicize your key

Never put your license keys on a public forum. It will be a miracle if you are not soon blacklisted.
I think I see the problem. You've clicked >10 times on the key link. Are you able to detach that to the Desktop?
    Try this:

    If you do not
    - know how to target a specific place on the PC for a file from the Internet/off an email
    - know if you have ADMINISTRATOR rights
then get help from someone who does.

    1. Please check >>all<< your email folders now, including inbox, trash and spam or junk folder for e-mail from <>.

    2. right mouse the https:// link for the product's key.

    3. Click "save link or save target as... "

    4. Click the large DESKTOP icon to the left there. Save the key file(s) there now. (Repeat steps 2-4 for more than one product)

    5. Turn off User Account Control if this is a Vista PC or Windows 7 or 8 PC. See this info for additional W7/8 info:
Tip: Turn UAC off for the registration! It's a nuisance.

    6. Now double click the PRODUCT-NAME_KEY.xxxxx file(s) on the Desktop, this should give you the OK!. Repeat this for any additional key file.

    Then reboot the machine.
