WARNING: Posts will be deleted at my discretion. This is NOT a troubleshooting thread. It is for posting BD+ logs *ONLY*.

THREAD UPDATE: As of 7.4.7.0 it may no longer be necessary to post logs in this thread if you have an active internet connection due to this new feature:
New (Blu-ray): Remote analysis of discs

IMPORTANT: Please make sure there is a BD+ error mentioned in your status window before posting to this thread! This is for BD+ discs *ONLY*!

Post logs with this version of AnyDVD HD (or newer if available) ---> ( AnyDVD 7.4.7.0 ) [RELEASE]

    o) RELEASE means Trials are allowed (usually)
    o) BETA means Trials are NOT allowed (usually)

    NOTES:

    o) AnyDVD includes an online BD+ database. Updating to the latest version isn't critical in solving the BD+ problem, however, it may aid the developers in resolving the issue quicker.
    o) If your logs are no longer posted in this thread, either they were not BD+ related and moved or your issue has been fixed and you should try again.

    Posting REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Add the name of the movie AND THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN to the title of your post. NOTE: This does NOT mean region!
    2. Copy and paste the AnyDVD status window text into the body of the post in a code block.
    3. Attach the log.

    How to post the log:

    a) Ensure Anydvd is running.
    b) Put the problematic original disc in your optical drive/reader. Wait for Anydvd to scan the disc.
    c) Right click the red fox icon on your toolbar.
    d) Select "Create Logfile"
    e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
    f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
    g) Windows Explorer will open, and you will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
    h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like [IMG] (in other words, look for the paperclip after clicking "quote" or when creating a new thread)
    i) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
    j) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
    k) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
    l) click "upload"
    m) Close the window. When you submit reply, or submit a new thread, the .zip file will be attached automatically for us to take a look at

Spanish section is down the road. You're in the English section

True, but there's still enough English there for the boys in Antigua to figure it out. His Spanish is limited to the familiar BD+ error message plus a note that he reposted using the latest beta. ;)

Didn't I deprecate this thread? It isn't needed for bd+ anymore.

You did, he probably dug it back up after search. Maybe put a lock on it. That way it can't be dug up again ;-)

I don't speak Spanish, but I certainly can figure out from this post, that there is a problem.
